As
Christians, we know that the way to nourish our faith and
strengthen our ties to our Lord is through the study of His
Word.
Crown of Life offers a number of weekly opportunities to get
into the Word of God:
Sunday
morning, Sunday evening, Small Group, Women's Group, Men's Group,
etc.
Sunday
Morning Bible Study
This is the Adult Sunday School and
currently is being taught by
Pastor
Rick.
It meets at the COL Ministry Center
starting
at 9:30 a.m.
Sunday
Evening Bible Study
This is the Crown of Life Bible Institute (COLBI) taught by
Pastor
Rick.
It is on temporary hiatus until further notice.

Crown of
Life offers those with musical talents and interests to use their skills
and gifts to glorify God. Choir practice is every Sunday at 11:45 a.m.

Cleaning Crew |

The Ministry Center is constantly
being used and needs to be maintained. If you
would like to help out by vacuuming, washing windows,
cleaning bathrooms, etc., then this is the job for you.

Drama Team (ACTS) |

Our Drama team "Acclaiming Christ
Through Skits" (ACTS) serves to create a visual and
creative way to spread the message through meaningful,
humorous, and spiritual dramas. Speak with
Tim Johnson if this sounds like something you'd be
interested in. |

Setup Team
(Partner Group) |
 |
Serving on a Sunday Morning Partner Group entails setting
up before first service, cleaning up after last service, and bringing
snacks during the month you are assigned. Please
check the list on the back of our cupboard in the kitchen for exact
duties and details.
Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. and clean
up ends approximately at noon. We ask everyone
to serve ... not everything involves lifting. For more
information, please speak with

Small Groups |
|
Small Groups are a moderated study of
the Bible, emphasizing small study groups, to insure a
peaceful, respectful, and instructive atmosphere for the
contemplation of God's Word. But beyond that, a small
group Bible study offers a place to connect with other
believers in fellowship; to grow in our understanding of
the Bible, as Jesus' own small group of disciples did;
to meet the needs of others in your group in ministry;
to become equipped for evangelism; and to worship God
through practicing godly behavior. Personal Bible study
is essential for deepening your relationship with God.
Connect with one today!
Let us not give up meeting
together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us
encourage one another -- and all the more as you see the
day approaching.

If God has given you the talent to
sing or play an instrument and you want to use your
talent to praise God in our worship service, then speak

Youth Groups |
These groups are lots of fun led by Christian adults, with a Bible study
included. They always have God's Word as a part. This could include
talking while waiting in line for a ride, having a short devotion over pizza, or
just talking about what a great world God has given to us! These youth
groups exist to have fun while praising God. |
